During this time I mentored a FTE to become a LinkedIn specialist, transferring as much of my decade plus of knowledge as possible to her.* Introduced meaningful reporting on sourcing tools and advertising and reduced procurement by 75% moving us to a model that allowed us to check inventory levels and transfer between regions where possible.*Enhanced our monthly reporting offering, so each global and regional account had access to their own reports and we launched Google Looker Studio and automated updating and even moved to weekly reports in the NAm region.*Was NAm Ops Lead for 7 months as well as global.

Consulting Director (Owner)

Mcs

London, United Kingdom

I started my own business providing Talent Acquisition Strategy consultancy to businesses, this ended up being a short term career decision as UBS offered me a role that was hard to turn down. I worked with a NHS organisation who employed 3800 personnel and annual spend of £181 million. After the contract concluded the client had been enabled with enough strategy to: Secure a recruiting attraction budget I Budget for a new Career site I Budget to fund working with a new Digital partner which I introduced to them to. I Budget for new creative partner, to help take the brand forward in the digital world. They also were able to see the value in advertising on niche channels instead of using agencies, and they successfully made a senior director level hire for £200 investment, instead of paying out thousands. They also went on to make their first offer from the digital advertising campaign deployed in the strategy, which went on to win an OnRec award too.

Manager - Sourcing Channels & Sourcing Team - Emea Credit Suisse

On Site Canary Wharf, London

As the Manager of Sourcing Channels I was responsible for the recruitment strategy, procurement and management of all sourcing channels required by EMEA sourcing teams. The main responsibility of my role was managing the Sourcing teams in London and offshore in Poland, allocating their workload, ensuring they are receiving ongoing training and supporting their use of the various sourcing channels where required. I worked with the offshore teams in Manila (who work on Talent Pools), to up-skill their knowledge with back office functions such as COO, Risk, CIO, to help them start to reach out to the right audience calibre to allow us to truly secure 'talent' pools. My role enabled the Recruitment Business Partners to access quality candidates efficiently and cost effectively. I held regular meetings/briefing calls with the Recruitment Business Partners, to enable me to understand the requirements of resource needed to support projects and recruitment drives, and then allocated resources to support, prioritising against the most urgent deadline. Part of my role was to lead on a global project to cleanse a huge database (held in Avature) of profiles and create dedicated pools of real talent we could engage with, deploy a keep warm strategy and call upon when the demand was there to hire. Our strategy channels included the internal market (employee referral programmes, internal mobility) and external market (using a blend of job boards, social media, press advertising, database access and recruitment agencies for real niche roles). With each of these channels, my role ensured the right channels were purchased at the right price and accessible at the right time.
