Position Summary: Build and maintain positive relationships with GMG members, gain insights on their changing needs and trends, and increase the organization’s revenue and retention rate.Principal Accountability: Develop and implement a five year membership retention plan to retain existing memberships, generate new membership sales and revenue growth from all members, increase member engagement.Major functions and tasks: Retention of existing members, generate new membership revenue and sales, monitor member satisfaction and engagement. Oversee the audit of customer touch points, guide, coordinate, and oversee approximately 100 volunteers, strategies and initiatives to retain and expand membership and its engagement, coordinate new member acquisition strategies, conduct an annual member survey, and coordinate member renewal process.Recent accomplishments: Major milestone in membership numbers that have topped 900. Retention rates average 90% over the last two years due to a strategic focus on retention efforts.
