I have been in Customer Service for the past 30+ years. I have helped build up and keep business for various medical laboratories. I have had clients with whom I developed great relationships. I managed client accounts and helped develop personalized panels for them. I also am very adept at troubleshooting and solving problems. I enjoy the rapport I have with my clients. I am self motivated and eager to learn. I would like the opportunity to expand my horizons and continue learning new things.
