As Risk Manager for the organization, I conducted a formal full-organization risk assessment resulting in defining, implementing and monitoring a detailed risk management plan. My passion for Talent Management continued to grow as I designed and steered a new performance management process, including revamping performance appraisals, developing a brand new staff training and development program, creating a structured staff recognition and retention program, expanding a wellness program, streamlining the onboarding and orientation processes for staff, evaluating organizational culture, and establishing a succession plan for all key positions at Family Services.
