I work with short sale clients and investors as the direct liaison with the lenders. My previous background working with banks and companies in Chapter 13 gives me the insight on how the lenders do business. I work well with the loss mitigation team, and have developed strong relationships all major lenders. As a Short Sale Specialist, I attended numerous seminars and courses and have earned three Short Sale Certifications; I understand that a short sale is a unique real estate transaction. There are specific guidelines in marketing the property, accepting offers and tips I share to assist in getting the property in escrow as quickly as possible. With each closed short sale, I increase my knowledge and expertise. I am constantly striving to be at the top of my game, and knowing all the guidelines and inside information.
