Responsible for supporting corporate strategy integration by transforming the complex, conceptual ideas associated with electric, natural gas, retail, and non-utility growth strategies into easy-to-understand communication materials for all employees. Transformed electric strategy into A Tale of 2 Grids “board game” to engage employees in strategic conversations. Supported Office of the CEO staff in planning and executing CEO and senior leadership team meetingsI used storytelling and visual communication methods to convey the context and shared meaning required to engage all employees in conversation. My work included writing, presentation development, graphics/infographics, intranet sites, internal branding/logos, whitepapers, leadership meetings, and American Business Award-winning videos (2021 and 2018) for excellence in employee communications.

Responsible for creating and implementing a variety of strategic business, employee, and executive level communications. I worked closely with the CIO/SVP Customer Experience, Business Relationship Managers, and employees to create effective communication and engagement strategies to inform various internal audiences on IT business initiatives.Work included developing presentations for CIO speaking engagements (Board of Directors, company events, and external conferences), executive newsletters, intranet articles, vlogs, animated videos, and townhall meetings.Organized “Outside-In Learning Summits” to introduce our internal comms and change management employees and interns to professional communicators in other industries for best practice sharing.
