Over 90% of our work is via referral from previous happy, successful clients - a fact that reflects our passion for and skill at what we do and the privilege we believe we have when invited into trusted conversations with leaders.What makes us different? We are experienced business leaders ourselves. We've walked in our clients' shoes and understand their leadership challenges. We are relentless learners. Every one of our coaches has completed an accredited coach training program, and none of us have stopped there. Sparketype, Strengthsfinder, Pursuit Values, ORSC and mindfulness are just a few of the processes and tools we bring to our work.We collaborate. As a team we come together to share insights about the leadership challenges our clients are facing and the optimal ways to support them. We seek out thought leaders, authors and speakers to share their perspectives with us. We collaborate to create solutions based on what we are learning and observing and supporting in both individuals and organizations.We have fun. It often seems that "fun" is a taboo word when it comes to describing leadership and professional services, but we believe it's a necessary ingredient to not only thriving as a leader but as a human.We work with leaders who truly want to be good humans first. Yes, results are important - we aren't so naive as to think we can ignore that - but we know that good humans make the best leaders.In addition to leading this brilliant team I still do 1:1 coaching myself. It is work that I love, that I know makes a difference with the leaders I work with, and when they are happier and more successful the ripple of their positive impact is expanded and accelerated.
