As president of KZA, Inc. I have the pleasure of leading a strong minded, very intelligent, outgoing, capable group of consultants with a wide range of skills and talents in advising surgeons and other specialists on their practice management, revenue cycle and coding issues. Creating strategies for addressing challenging issues like ICD-10 adoption, EHR, and marketing in a time of tumultuous change is a key role. Our latest is KZA’s Telehealth Solution Center, a free compendium of resources on this important subject. I feel fortunate that years of hard work are recognized professionally and result in speaking invitations at major meetings and requests for articles. And, I try to make sure I have and give others a good laugh everyday!

KZA works with physicians, primarily surgeons, to improve their business operations, reimbursement, coding and practice building. Nationwide clients include physicians in academic, single specialty, multispecialty and solo practice. KZA provides education and training on practice management and reimbursement through the AANS, ACS, AAOS, AAO-HNS, ASPS, ASAPS and SVS.
