During my role at Revive I am the office ‘go to’ person. Dealing with all form of enquiries from managing the company diary, holiday bookings to ordering all company stock and stationary. I was front of office meeting and greeting all clients and answering all incoming telephone calls and directing to the correct individual. I used Xero Accounts for the company accounts, my role included; invoicing our clients on weekly and monthly basis, monthly VAT returns, and daily bank reconciliations, petty cash expenses for staff and preparation for monthly staff payroll. I managed all office areas ensuring they were clean and tidy for not only our clients but also staff so they have a safe and comfortable working environment. I produce monthly financial reporting to the company director

My main duty at CER was payroll, I processed a large payroll on a weekly basis. I completed many daily basic accounts admin tasks and invoice in large amounts each week. My role included a large amount of credit control.
