I work directly with the Sales Team and Production Floor to make sure that everything goes through the production facility as smoothly as possible. I help out with quotes, material questions, Trade show Booths, etc.

As the Medical Receptionist I had to check patients in, prepare charts, Doctors Schedules for the next day, as well as take payments. I had to check patients Insurances cards, Prior Authorizations, and send them back to the Business office if it required it.
