With over 17 years of experience in the marketing field, I am a passionate and creative professional who strives to deliver innovative and effective solutions that align with the vision and goals of my organization. I have a strong background in online and digital marketing, as well as print and media advertising, with a focus on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. My last position was Senior Marketing Manager at Brookfield Properties, one of the largest real estate developers in North America, where I lead and execute strategic initiatives, communication outreach, and brand awareness campaigns for the residential sector.At Brookfield Properties, I leveraged my marketing budget to yield optimal return on investment by shifting consumer traffic toward the Central Park community’s 12 neighborhoods and peaking interest in the homebuilders. I also maintain relationships with six consultant marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across multiple marketing verticals, and foster a collaborative and trusting culture within my department. Some of the skills that I use and enhance daily include online marketing, email marketing, digital marketing, Marketo automation, data analysis, problem-solving, and project management.
