I handle all healthcare interior design functions for the Northeastern WI market (including ASMMC, AMCMC, ABMC, AMCBA, and their respective clinics) including day to day furniture, artwork, and signage orders as well as light project management including flooring replacement, painting, etc. My job requires coordination between Facilities and leadership onsite to contractors often assisting in filling out the ICRA and making sure all safety guidelines are followed properly. I also assist the project and design managers on more extensive projects working with contractors and architects to make sure specifications are correct and that the furniture floor plan matches the electrical and data plans. A few projects I've worked on include: Hybrid IR/OR at AMCG, the Women's Center at ABMC, AMCSC (ASMMC replacement hospital), Kaukauna I-41 replacement clinic, 3509 Dewey St new clinic, and several clinical facelifts amongst other projects.My duties also include moves as well as decommissioning buildings.

I used the architectural drawings to create 3D pictures for homeowners to better envision what their new home or remodeled space will look like using the finish selections they made to create images that are close to the real thing as possible. From time to time I met with the homeowners directly to discuss the images they were seeing but often I worked more behind the scenes.

Provide all owner functions for opening new clinics across the continental United States. I would take floor plans from landlords and plan out a 3 exam 1-2 procedure room dermatology clinic. Once approved I would hire an architect to use my drawings and create building plans for the contractor. The contractor often came as a recommendation from the architect as we built in states we weren't familiar with. I also specified all furniture, fixtures, and equipment and created the drawings showing heights and locations for sharps boxes, soap dispensers, paper towels, etc. I was also responsible for entering and issuing all purchase orders as well as receiving and making sure the invoices were paid. I made 2-3 trips to each jobsite and relied heavily on the contractors hired to notify me of any issues.

I helped contractors and customers design their kitchens and bathrooms,from plumbing to cabinetry and countertops. This included creating quotes, finding lead times, ordering, and invoicing.
