This framework was cited as a key reason for placement in the “leaders” quadrant of Gartner’s 2019 “Magic Quadrant,” an influential industry analyst report. Kari and I also collaborated together on revamping a commitment-based discount program for Rackspace Managed Public Clouds customers, helping to improve customer retention and improve our sales win rate. In both of those examples, and many others, Kari's operational background led her to know the ins-and-outs of of how to successfully launch a product. She was directly responsible for diverse tasks including customer interviews, competitor research, product configuration, employee training, pricing analysis and contract deviation approval to name just a few.
