At the time, the Puerto Rico Department of Education served ~300K students in more than 850 schools and was the 4th largest public school district in the United States.My primary role was to support the Secretary in the implementation of the fiscal plan measures and the broader Education Department transformation agenda, with a focus in administrative / operational topics.

The Industrial Engineering teams at the Disneyland Resort provide analytical decision-making and consulting support to executive management and operations across various theme park lines of business including Attractions and Entertainment, Retail and Restaurants, and Back of House operations.As a Cast Member, my first job was to always preserve the magic. My subsequent jobs and projects included operational goal setting, performance management, time & utilization studies, process improvement, queue management, guest flow strategy & design, peak season operations support, and guest experience projects.
