My Personal Philosophy of Educational LeadershipI believe children are the foundation and cornerstone to society. Each child holds within them the innocence, talents and capabilities to become remarkable. It is our role as educators to foster their innate ability to learn how to learn. Each individual child is valued and imperative to the success of a school community. Children are the most precious and workable commodity in existence. There is no greater calling than to work with the children of the world. As educators we must be open to diversity, change, and acknowledge the importance of life-long learning and perpetual goal-setting. Educators are role models and should be ethically and actively involved in the community and in building interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders. Teachers are extraordinary people with extra-ordinary talents and skills.Educators have been given crucial responsibilities and opportunities to lead and foster children knowing they have the potential to leave an irrevocable effect. Superior teaching and learning are the result from the efforts of competent and committed professionals who work with children day after day.
