My current role as Associate Executive Director with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's Maryland Chapter has provided me with the unique ability to meld my passion for uniting my community with my strengths in business and fundraising, building on a decades-long career in event planning and sales.Since joining the organization in 2012, I have had the opportunity to connect people of all backgrounds by leveraging my natural creativity and emotional intelligence to successfully plan over 40 events, resulting in over $15 million raised. From conception to execution, I have played a fundamental role in bringing the team's vision to life - working with industry vendors, large donors, beneficiaries of the Foundation's work, and more. With a focus on ensuring the voices of all parties are truly heard and understood, I have proven myself to be an intent listener, and in turn, strengthened my innate zest for bringing out the best in others.
