My responsibility expanded to cover all consumer endpoint products. This includes responsibility for all mobile applications (Most important being Mobile AV, Cleaner, and OEM channel partner applications of those) and search development activities in our Tel-Aviv engineering site. This increased my organizational responsibility by over 100 employees. I focused on transitioning the Tel-Aviv operations to a synchronized agile delivery withf our portfolio of products together with Brno engineering teams. We transformed the operations to world class agile operations successfully. From product engineering perspective during my leadership AVG reached TOP3 status in AV real world testing.

Leading software engineering unit in Brno, Czech Republic of c.280 people, reporting directly to CTO. My organization includes Technical Product Management, Project Management, Application Engineering, Security Engineering, Consumer Backend Systems, Engineering Operations (Dev. Ops and methodology) and related Architecture Teams. Leaders of those functions consist central engineering management function with me. With the team we manage significant CAPEX and OPEX budget with disciplined cost control and efficiency, but also keep tight eye on managing and understanding AVGs freemium business model’s delivery requirements. Responsible for the following PC endpoint products: • Anti Virus (Internet Security) Award winning freemium model protection• PC TuneUp the leading PC performance optimizer SW with iOS cleaning capabilities• PC Zen cross-platform suite (Mac - Android - PC) for performance, security and privacy.In addition managing development of above point products and security engineering, I am also responsible for all backend systems and infrastructure for our eCommerce, CMS, Monetization and campaign management systems and license fulfillment activities. My key achievements in this role have been: • Change leadership to transform engineering unit successfully to work in modern agile methods (Kanban and Scrum) to provide business higher flexibility of changes.• Integrated QA and continuous integration for improving productivity and quality of the products.• Modernize systems, tools and engineering practices for significant improvement in efficiency and predictability that radically improved cycle times and time to market and made planning easier.• These changes applied first in application engineering of PC point products, and later backend systems agile transformation by value chain agile approach.

Managing implementation program of 2nd generation GolfGameBook project to create first of its kind real-time (live) golf score card application for iOS, specialized device, and social site for golfers to interact and collect statistics. I hold multiple roles in the project as product manager, project manager, brand manager and key concept designer, and interaction UX designer. The product was implemented with small core team, together with outsourced partnerships, of industrial design and HW design for the device, SW partners to implement the UX and social site. Implementation of GameBook App was done in fast feedback iterative loop with real golfers on course and UX studies, which resulted intuitive UI and possibility to use with minimal learning curve.Currently GameBook is #1 social golf application in the world.

Reporting to CEO of F-Secure, managing five SW engineering units (Helsinki, Oulu, St Petersburg, Kuala Lumpur, Bordeaux) and Virus Lab, of over 320 employees. My team consisted of site directors, director of planning office (Agile PMO), Labs VP, business controller, and HR partner. In this role I had significant budget responsibility with dedicated business controller support.Responsible to all product engineering of F-Secure including SMB products, but most important being:• Award winning PC-Antivirus, Direct Consumer and Operator OEM versions• Online Backup, Direct Consumer and Operator OEM version• Mobile AV, Direct Consumer and Operator OEM versionKey achievements in this role have been:• Leading organizational changes in engineering practices for multi site multi team scrum and leading transformation of Bordeaux, and Kuala Lumpur office to agile engineering. • Being member of the executive team worked with new strategy definition and implementation towards content solutions, and operator channel strategy. • During my tenure F-Secure gained product of the year reward from AV-Comparatives and rose into the top category of AV companies.

Reporting to the CEO of Blyk, leading and managing group of 8 architect experts to implement the world first advertising funded mobile operator for people from 16 to 24 years old. My additional role was BSS OSS Chief architect of the system.My team implemented full blown MVNO operations with hosted Telecom infrastructure together with NSN, and BSS and OSS systems and ad-engines for targeting and advertising delivery and service provisioning. Blyk operated in Orange’s network in UK in local roaming principle. We had the full infrastructure in our hosted management, except the base stations and switching infra that was provided by Orange.Key achievement in this role has been:• Success in creating BSS/OSS systems in iterative manner and complete all system integrations on time with number of business partners, like mediation provisioning, SIM logistics, top-up, roaming clearance and reporting & statistics.• Managing high complex technical environment and architecture with number of outsourced partners which my team achieved timely delivery of the system.• Managing number of outsourcing contracts of scope and KPIs with partners and legal support that optimized the budget that was available.

Reporting to COO of Tecnomen, leading independent Charging Solutions business unit that was located in Shannon Ireland, with full P/L responsibility.The key product was voice-prepaid system, but the company has not had solution for data prepaid. That posed a significant business continuity risk for the company. The main markets were telecom operators in Latin America, and the most important account was America Movilé.My unit had its own R&D, business product management and delivery project organization consisting ca. 120 people.Key achievement was not to lose key customer accounts due to missing solution on data prepaid, by implementing the data prepaid solution in record time, while keeping the customer relationships active, that resulted in doubling the revenue of the business unit that denoted over 60% of revenues of Tecnomen on that time.

Responsible of product development, technology, hosting and customer care of pan-European mobile portal company. Services included in email, ringtones icons, wallpapers, games and infotainment services under iobox brand and also operator OEM Solution of such services. Iobox was sold to Telefonica group in €230m.
