Chef Kari Rich began her career with a degree and training at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in California. From 2010-2012 Kari owned and operated FoodFarm Food Truck. FoodFarm focused on local farms and using whole ingredients with little to no waste. Chef Rich now focuses on consulting for local restaurants, catering small private parties, ghost and copy writing recipes for books, creating content and articles for food blogs, as well as teaching cooking classes that showcase the bounty of California produce. Chef Kari Rich has a passion for preparing local, organic, and sustainable food from scratch.
