• Recruit for staff positions by posting internally and externally with various sources. • Screen candidates; arrange/facilitate on-site interviews, process background checks.• Provide HR and benefit orientations to all new hires.• Administer employee benefit enrollments / terminations. • Record new hire information in various tracking documents and database.• Develop HR policies and practices to ensure fair and consistent treatment of all employees while ensuring policies provide the most cost effective workforce possible.• Monitor and comply with Credentialing and Privileging requirements for various coordinating agencies. Including the tracking of professional certifications / licenses. • Coordinate and facilitate Employee Training and Development Programs. • Council employees and supervisors on human resource issues.• Coordinate employee performance reviews with supervisors.• Assist in creating departmental specific policies and procedures. • Aid in HR Department organization to meet CARF standards.• Compile separation results to determine employment turnover and retention trends.• Assist with on going HR maintenance (i.e. filing, posters, emergency contacts, organizational chart, annual TB testing, etc.)• Coordination of employee relations activities.• Provide administrative support for other departments as identified (i.e. senior staff support, clerical back-up, special projects).
