Dynamics AX Project Manager at EVRY Finland

I’m leading Dynamics 365 Advisor team. The team members are high professional solution architects and business consultants. The key responsibility areas are; leading pre-sales, offering development and managing advisor services for current and new customers.

I’m experienced project manager and product owner. I have lead several Dynamics AX 2009 and 2012 delivery and application management projects. The latest delivery project is done by AX2012 R3 version. The projects have been focused on to manufacturing business area. To meet our customer needs we have developed several components to help our projects. Also project working model is tuned to support rapid project delivery.My working method is to work close to customer. Target is to plan and prioritize solutions to improve customer business processes. It means that together with the customer we are managing product backlog.

Project Manager, Digia 10/2009 –The project target was to develop and provide tools for platform development to support agile software processes like continuous integration and test-driven development. Project includes support requests, bug fixing, system integration, feature development and totally new tools development. The challenging project was the success. An acceptance criterion for the project deliveries was extremely tight and project managed to meet targets with Kanban and Scrum methodologies. I did several project management process improvements to work in the both open and closed source development environments. My technical product owner role in the project was to create, manage and prioritize the product backlog with multiple stakeholders.Competence Coordinator, Digia 1/2009 -In Competence Coordinator position I managed Linux line competence group at Tampere site and coordinated companywide Linux capacity development working group. In line organization my main tasks were project resourcing, recruiting and negotiations with Digia’s subcontractors. In capacity development I worked with competence development strategy and business development issues. Special attention was to manage and work in product owner and scrum coach roles in several global projects in Russia and China. Half of my working time I worked as technical lead in software projects

My working time allocation was a combination of software developing and line management tasks in matrix organization. I worked in technical lead and scrum team member roles in the software development project. Team manager responsible areas were recruitment, competence development and line management duties like feedback discussions and I worked in scrum master and project manager roles in many competence development projects.

I developed multimedia and DSP (Digital Signal Processing) software on embedded Linux platform. I did my thesis.
