Monitored shipping container and chassis interchanges in and out of ports, and updated status accordingly. Rerouted containers and chassis to various depots based on business needs and negotiated rates for moving the equipment directly with trucking companies. Handled billing and collecting billing per diem, for container and chassis, not returned within the allotted number of free days. Updated container locations as they moved from one point to another.

Evaluated and settled household goods claims up to $7500.00. Prepared settlement offers, exceeding $7500.00 for management review. Communicated with agents, military members, military installations, government agencies, government employees, national account contracts, and interoffice personnel.
