Success in improving business financial performance, maximizing utilization of resources, and developing new income streams in a competitive market. Project management work focused on mergers and acquisitions, clinic renovations, de novo clinic expansions, system implementations, and service line expansions.

Assisted in consolidating all hospital ambulatory clinic registration and scheduling desks into a single building and registration center. Responsible for the daily operations of Ambulatory registration and scheduling across 30 different sub-specialty clinics. Managed patient care coordinators and translators responsible for all check-in, documentation, and consents for clinic visits and procedures and post visit scheduling. Responsible for purchasing and materials management, and implementation of new policies.
