Manage the Database Marketing team stationed in Amstelveen and Paris. Responsible for the development & implementation of worldwide creative multi-channel lifecycle campaign concepts that make Flying Blue relevant for its members, whilst creating additional revenue for the organization by improving the lifetime value of the members. Data-driven optimised campaigns based on members’ behaviour, targeting specific groups/segments, creating personalised offers relevant for the members. Manage and analyse the performance of the campaigns according to the planned KPI’s and ROI and adjust accordingly. Collaborate with internal and external teams to secure and improve the brand’s positioning in the market.

Responsible for:Flying Blue campaigns, Partner Marketing campaigns & CRM (enrolment) campaigns

Launch the new Loyalty program of Flying Blue. Introduction of a new campaign management tool. Create & implement strategic & tactical Flying Blue campaigns.

Create & implement strategic Flying Dutchman campaigns. Prepare the merge of the Air France Loyalty program (Frequence Plus) and the KLM Loyalty program (Flying Dutchman).
