I also assist with employee relations and promoting a welcoming and exciting culture.Before joining EMCOR, I gained valuable HR skills and experience working as a Human Resources Coordinator at Precision Wire Products, and a Human Resources Assistant at Bergen Logistics. In these roles, I assisted in developing and implementing policies and procedures, handled recruitment and hiring, and coordinated employee engagement and recognition programs. I am passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment for employees and employers alike.
