I also hold the same position at Great American Power, a retail electricity provider that offers competitive rates and green energy options to customers in multiple states.My core competencies include contract negotiation, business process improvement, project management, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. I have successfully negotiated and executed multiple contracts with energy suppliers, vendors, and customers, resulting in significant cost savings and revenue growth. I have also implemented best practices and policies to ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and consumer protection standards. Additionally, I have managed and coordinated various projects involving legal research, due diligence, litigation, and risk management.
