I humbly see myself as a true expert in the fields of environment and development - beginning from the time of university studies and volunteering. After studies I have been teaching those subjects as an adult educator, and been practicing development cooperation as a NGO Liaison officer in Zambia. Since 2001 I have worked as a Programme Coordinator in the Siemenpuu Foundation, Helsinki. During those years I have developed a deep understanding on the community level environment and development challenges and civil society level initiatives to counter them in the Global South. Geographically my deepest involvement has been in South Asia (especially India) and Southern and Eastern Africa (especially Zambia and Zimbabwe). In recent times I have tried to further my skill in audio-visual editing skills, in order to share more effectively the fruits of the marvelous work done by my hundreds of partners in the North and South.
