Commonplace transactions in real estate might include starter homes to second homes, downsizing to fixer-uppers, and land to investment properties. But let's think about those 'dream' properties. You know the ones: the lake house, the mountain cabin, the beach house, or the 10-million dollar 'if I won the lottery' house. Those are the best properties, right?It doesn't matter what you're buying or selling, whether it's commonplace or a dream place; real estate inspires dreams for the person looking to make a move, which is why I love what I do.
