Our clients are diverse in size and industry but share one important thing: a passion to drive more business by driving more meaningful human connection.• Lead qualitative and quantitative customer research for both B:B and B:C customers to inform: customer experience, persona development, journey mapping, path-to-purchase, product development (feature prioritization & concept testing), messaging & positioning, innovation, change management, marketing strategy, usability, ad testing• Use a variety of approaches to gather in-depth insights and drive innovation, including digital ethnographies, online diaries, IDIs, focus groups, shop-a-longs, usability, customer ideation workshops, in-home ethnographies, interactive exercises, ODI (outcomes driven research), process mapping, etc.• Facilitate cross-functional teams, executive, and customers for innovation & ideation, business strategy, process development, Customer Advisory Boards meetings and user groups
