I am a seasoned professional in customer service and an eternal pupil. My personality is one of an assertive, driving individual who reacts quickly to change. Essentially, when I was eighteen I decide to take a trip from my home town of Wisconsin to sunny California. I hit the tarmac one late October day to a beautiful 74 degrees in San Francisco. As I started to remove my scarf and parka I remembering saying to myself, "I am never shoveling snow again." And I stayed. I literally moved into my first apartment with just my suitcase. This adventure taught me a lot about life and being self-directed and flexible. It also helped to build my strong character; which drives my confidence, integrity, and reliability.
