After MSD merged with Schering-Plough, I was selected for the role as HR Lead for the new integrated Company. I was responsible for all HR related activities during the merger; Organizational Design and Restructuring, building the "New MSD" Culture as well as Harmonization of all benefits. In 2012 I was the Process owner of the relocation process when MSD moved Offices from Solbakken to Papirbredden. Since July 2014 I have been responsible as HR Lead in Denmark as well as Norway. I participate in the Leadership Team in both Countries. I am also the Nordic process owner of Performance Management and Recruitment

As a new member of the Leadership Team in Schering-Plough, I started to build HR as a function, as Schering-Plough Norway did not previously have this role locally. As Schering-Plough had recently merged with Organon, I worked with Cultural Integration, Harmonization of Benefits, as well as with Legal Entity Integration.

As HR Manager in Pfizer I was responsible for HR Operations and Payroll, leading a Team of 6 employees at the most.
