Currently, as an Industrial Engineering Technologist at Canada Goose, I leverage my skills to evaluate and automate sewing production processes, achieving significant cost savings and efficiency improvements.In my role, I've designed and deployed applications on the Power Apps platform, enhancing live visibility into operations and enabling accurate cost tracking. Leading a cross-functional team, I developed in-house General Sewing Data (GSD) systems, standardizing operational methods across all Canadian facilities. My problem-solving skills have been pivotal in these achievements, allowing me to identify and implement solutions that resulted in a 15% overall improvement in production efficiency and annual cost savings of $10,000 on average.My journey began with a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Ryerson University, followed by a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
