The project’s goal was to solve the low performance times of new operators and operators from different departments. The root cause of this was due to the current work instructions. • Designed serval workstations that would produce video work instructions. The 3D model of the workstations was created in AutoCAD which helped the supervisor better see the ergonomic advantages of the placement of equipment. • Generated multiple solutions including a universal style guide for digital work instructions with operators and stakeholder backing, video instructions template and workstation design to produce these work instructions.
