- This program promotes health & wellness through enterprise and locally deployed activities, speakers and access to experts. Organized events for mental, physical and emotional health that were available to all employees- Led an effort that resulted in 70+ employees and family members from across the US attending a pre-race dinner and running the Austin Marathon in February 2018. This included managing a budget of $12k+, hiring a coach, nutrition and fitness experts to presen, organizing 20+ volunteers, coordinating with USCAA and the race organizers and maintaining the budget and timeline and expectations

- Led the implementation of the JIRA suite for the Functional Management Office (FMO) and Project Management Office (PMO) using Agile methodology. Utilizing 30 team members acting as developers, testers and stakeholders, the suite was configured to comply with Information Assurance (IA) and other requirements. Programs included JIRA SD, JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Slack and Zephyr - Migrated large complex data sets from multiple disparate systems while maintaining continuity of the current program. The data set included approximately 30,000 service desk tickets, 10,000 Epics and Stories, test scripts and archived testing data and release packages in 5 legacy systems- Collaborated with stakeholders to forecast budget, hardware and manpower requirements and develop the execution and sustainment plan

- Led the implementation of a Functional Response Center responsible for resolving Tier 3 Service Desk tickets resulting in the closure of approximately 1,000 tickets, the generation of over 300 Stories to resolve user issues and the development of targeted guidance and training documents- Built relationships between Tier 1, the PMO, the FMO and approximately 100 agents and developers resulting in a reduced resolution time- Configured the Open-source Ticket Request System (OTRS) to meet Agile and team requirements - Coordinated with the Requirements Management and Configuration Management Teams to provide seamless data sharing resulting in the closure of tickets linked to Stories and the use of tickets to develop and justify new Epics and Stories. This allowed for the bulk closure of tickets post-release. A typical release resulted in the closure of 100 FMO assigned tickets

-Identified programmatic shortfalls and provided recommendations for the successful implementation of the water quality program for Army IMCOM G4 Logistics and Public Works. Resulted in the update of existing Army policy and the successful win of follow on support for program - Proposed a methodology including multiple Course of Actions (COAs) that, when implemented would ensure sample plans, data collection and reporting meet program goals while not increasing associated costs. Mitigation measures to resolve current trends and to prevent them in the future and their associated costs were also developed. - Identified policy gaps using a shortfalls analysis of Army, IMCOM, EPA, GAO, and other policy sources resulting in the update of 2 major Army Operation Orders (OPORDs), major revisions to facility acceptance criteria and field guidance. The report and associated documentation were used to brief Army leadership and Congress- Created outreach materials for stakeholders to ensure programmatic requirements are met

- Responsible for developing and executing the transition of new and existing capabilities into a new IT platform and for developing the program responsible for sustainment including policy, budget, manpower and other requirements. Effort included identifying migration methodology from legacy systems including thousands of floorplans and geospatial data files- Facilitated the development of a quality assurance tool in MS Access, ESRI Data Reviewer, AutoCAD and SQL used to identify data and schema anomalies requiring revision prior to data migration- Developed the Facility Space Inventory Data pages on the Facility Space Management Portal

- Provided oversight for an $80M Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) funded program responsible for collecting data for 6 product lines across 70 AF installations using 7 vendors - Developed a tool that allowed management of an immense workload and easy status reporting to the client and quality control procedures used to ensure the standardization and accuracy data submitted

- Acted as the water and flooding SME for the development and execution of a table top exercise simulating the response of a flashflood in Waldo Canyon near Colorado Springs, CO area. Stakeholder participation included local emergency response resources, city, county, state and federal personnel. - Developed a floodwater analysis model for post-fire conditions in Waldo Canyon near Colorado Springs, CO. Model was built using ESRI ArcMap and the HEC-RAC and HEC-HMS extensions and was used to simulate floodwater boundaries over time.

- Performed analysis of authorized space requirement values and occupied square footages installation wide to determine opportunities for joint use, consolidation of units and demolition of buildings. The analysis resulted in the creation of the Space Analysis Tool and a consolidation/demolition plan- Collaborated with A7 to develop and deploy a comprehensive space-management training program for space managers and applicable installation personnel. The program included computer-based training (CBT) and instructor led training (ILT)

- Developed and managed the Base Comprehensive Activity Management Plan (BCAMP) within the Civil Engineer Squadron. The BCAMP is a program used by the Air Force as the vehicle by which installations will receive funding for sustainment, restoration and maintenance and Military Construction (MILCON) projects

- Managed multiple projects including timeline, budget and deliverables. Developed probabilistic computer models of water systems for heap/leach mining operations using GoldSim, including modules that allowed user control of variables and comparison of multiple schemes for water control- Provided flood control measures through the development of a storm water master plan for Brookings, South Dakota. The result included a flood control plan, a structural improvement plan, and a model developed in EPA Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) of the future and existing conditions of the city’s facilities and was used to implement flood control strategies city-wide- Developed SWMM models that could be used to determine the effectiveness of improvements within the City and help the City Council prioritize improvements. - Developed a master plan for the Church Ditch from Golden, CO to Westminster, CO, including improvements required to increase ditch efficiency and lessen sedimentation and erosion issues. The master plan included mapping and preliminary costs- Created a structural master plan for the Yampa River for Steamboat Springs, CO, including recommended improvements maps and preliminary improvement costs

- Designed storm water management systems, storm sewer systems, sediment and erosion control plans, and related roadway and site plans for public and private clients- Designed channel improvements to remove areas from the 100-yr floodplain and lessen the impact of construction activities- Created storm water pollution prevention plans for private and commercial construction projects- Submitted plans to state, city and country reviewing agencies and obtained 404 permits for construction in Colorado

- Acted as principle engineer on a team of engineers, surveyors and planners- Facilitated projects from preliminary design through construction to final inspection and bond release; performed quality control reviews of others' plans.- Developed a comprehensive, functional testing plan to facilitate the transition from MicroStation VJ to MicroStation V8, including plotting and software compatibility - Interfaced with client, county, and state agencies to expedite the permit process- Evaluated GeoPak for use by the Land Development Division to increase productivity and aid intradepartmental exchanges (i.e., surveys to engineering and vice versa)
