The factory is located in Tampere Finland and the unit employs about 180 people and export account for 95% of the activity, over 60 countries, 400+ customersMy main duties• Provide for all staff a strong day-to-day leadership presence• Be part of the annual budget planning process and oversee long term budgeting• Working with senior management peers, establish staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, establish priorities, conduct annual performance appraisals and administer salary adjustments• Develop and execute the unit business strategies in order to attain the goals; manage cash flow; ensure cost-effective operations and market development activities• Develop processes to ensure the delivery of timely and high-quality products• Oversee risk management and legal activities: letters of agreement, contracts, leases and other legal documents and agreements• Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the unit and that they are followed at all times• Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of managers providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance• Translate existing multi-faceted projects into timelines, deliverables and assignments, working with other senior managers • Oversee the implementation of project plans and provide mid-course corrections • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure Unit survival and growth Show less
