Perform Normal Start-Ups, Shutdowns, and Emergency troubleshooting as per the Operating Manuals and operating Procedures of the assigned area. • Handling the 800 TPD (PET) Plant of Units Continuous Polymerization (CP) and Solid-State Polymerization (SSP) with DCS of YOKOGAWA (Centum VP) • Report all shift activities including abnormalities, Preventive maintenance Overrides, and lab analysis. • Monitor and record DCS Instrument Readings (Temperature, Pressure, Flowrates, etc..) of the parameters to ensure safe operation and quality product and report deviations from standards to take the appropriate corrective actions
