Drilling and workovever Supervisor Division/Department: Drilling DivisionReports to: Drilling Superintendent.Location: Rig SiteType of position: Full-timeResponsibilities* instructions to rig manager.* organizing, coordinating and supervising service Companies work to ensure a smooth and efficient operations progress.* Monitor the opérations activities on site and ensures that they are carried out in a safe.* Follow-up the plan for the material, equipment, personnel and vehicle movement to site.* Ensure that the equipment sent to the site are correct and in good condition.* Compile and summarize drilling activities, problems and reports to Drilling Superintendent for decision making.* In charge daily , prepare and dispatch the reports. daily drilling report, daily cost report, daily hse report, daily mud report ,daily West management report, and other reports on drilling activities and progress.* Collect, compile and summarize required well information and submit to Drilling Superintendent.* Work in collaboration with HSE Supervisor to meet HSE targets of the well operations* Audit contractors’ work performance in order to ensure they meet Company’s requirements.* Update and improve procedures by giving recommendation to Drilling Superintendent.* Working in vertical and horizontal well* expérience in complétion and work over wells * valide IWCF certificateA minimum of 10 years of experience in drilling operations as drilling supervisor position at well site and 2 years formation at sonatrach institut.* Education requirements:intermediate command of written and spoken English* Good command of spoken French is preferred.* Good knowledge of computer applications.IWCF certifacate, Safety supervisory course, HSE Rig visa, mud weight , horizontal drilling formation, openwells certificat training at halliberton ...
