Key projects under my supervision include infrastructure rehabilitation, park restoration, bridge repairs, and community facility upgrades, all aimed at enhancing Karachi's livability and resilience under the CLICK initiative.

The project involved the identification of valleys and communities in the initial phase, followed by social mobilization efforts to establish and develop community organizations. Baseline surveys and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) were conducted to assess the needs of the local community, with an emphasis on encouraging full participation from the community as stakeholders. A bridge was established between the local community and the organization, while coordination with Local Support Organizations (LSOs) and Village Organizations (VOs) at the project site was carried out. Meetings between donors and the local community were arranged, along with seminars and workshops for local students. Questionnaires were designed for students, and surveys and studies were conducted in remote valleys of Gilgit-Baltistan. These efforts supported the attainment of the program’s objectives.
