Managing 10M USD revenue•Create & develop full strategic plan for each category•Develops and implement levers & tactics(Category Strategy) that deliver his categories' goals•Setting the required planogram per category per segment with different scenarios to fit all the Outlets models•Set & create the marketing activities contracts for the annual (or on short term) calendars of activity•Monitoring, controlling and updating the price for items and compare it with the market•Contributes effectively in the monthly review meeting with the required presentable data, sales gap analysis, market revision, & the required action plan if any.•Forecast per item per category to secure the demand as per the category performance, seasonality impact & the market dynamics•Initiates and implement differentiator joint business plans for his respective categories with key suppliers to achieve financial targets and leverage customers' satisfaction.•Assist in financial management responsibilities for relevant categories•Searching & introducing the new items after making the required analysis on category level and on market level•Maintain fresh stores' assortment allocation & increase the penetration of the portfolio to increase the sales opportunities and maximize the customer satisfaction.•Revising and monitoring the availability per SKU in WH, and the shelf availability as well.•Design and creating the motivational programs for the sales team•Maintains up to date vendors' profiles & SKUs' information•Keep the communication channel with the sales team , replying for the inquiries related to the items under the category managers’ responsibility.•Lead the negotiation for the annual contract in margin•Empower decision making through his contribution in market intelligence activities
