• Senior member of the team arranging Financial Close for debt facilities of USD 129 million from foreign financiers (IFC & OFID) and local financiers, including commercial negotiations, disbursement conditions precedent.
• Key member of the team managing timely equity disbursements from International Finance Corporation (IFC, financial arm of the World Bank) and Sponsors, including completion of legal, financial and corporate formalities.
• Key member of the team managing Sponsors’ project finance obligations, including completion of legal, financial and corporate formalities for Sponsors Share Pledge & Sponsors support worth PKR 14 billion.
• Member of the team undertaking successful commercial negotiations for equipment worth USD 100 million, with international equipment suppliers, and correspondingly, leading to arrange letters of credit for these.
• Key Member of the team undertaking commercial negotiations with Customers and managing Billing matters.
