I currently serve as the CEO of Lenco-Marine, a family-owned business that has been building high-performance and military boats since 1976.When I first joined the company, Lenco-Marine was struggling to stay afloat. Sales were stagnating, and there was little innovation or forward-thinking. With my experience and expertise, I was able to make a substantial contribution to the company, leading it to new heights.Through careful analysis and strategic planning, I identified areas for improvement and implemented solutions to drive sales and profitability. Within a short period of time, sales had skyrocketed to a point where production couldn't keep up, and we had to expand our facilities and hire new employees to meet demand.My journey began at a young age when I watched my father pour his heart and soul into the business, instilling in me a passion for entrepreneurship and building. After exploring other industries, I felt my passion for boating was untamable and i returned to Lenco-Marine to contribute to the family legacy.Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in finance, marketing, and operations.
