Worked in the traffic diversion planning approvals office in the operations and maintenance department of Ashghal. Responsibilities included reviewing contractors' proposed temporary traffic management designs and ensuring compliance with Qatari standards. My role required me to engage with different stakeholders such as Ashghal, Kahramaa, Ministry of Interior, and the Private Engineering Office, among other private and public stakeholders.

My responsibilities encompass a mixture of:■ Managing a staff of two MEP supervisors and 18 technicians.■ Handling day-to-day client relations (Qatar Foundation).■ Preparing and finalizing technical daily and weekly reports.■ Insuring that all O&M procedures follow Qatar’s health and safety guidelines.

Worked in the tunneling department where I took part in the management and control of full tender documents, as well as maintaining MS Project Schedules related to the tender, I coordinated with potential suppliers and subcontractors technical and commercial scope, and carried out quantity takeoff and developed bill of quantity.

I did an intensive one month internship at KVL Bauconsult in Germany, and was involved in maintaining MS Project Schedules for various projects, and monitoring various project documentations, as well as maintaining monthly progress reports, I've also revamped and upgraded KVL website including technical and commercial content, project references.

Did a one month internship where I carried out quantity takeoff and developed bill of quantities and did price comparisons, as well as collected project data related to progress from the site and maintained weekly progress, I've also maintained project scheduling using Primavera.

Did a 160 hour internship training where I maintained QA/QA Documents, collected Safety data from site and maintained monthly safety reports, maintained project scheduling using MS project, and did cost estimation, quantity takeoff and bill of quantities.
