My responsibility is coordination, control and monitor actual execution and installation of all Mechanical (HVAC, piping, plumbing, fire fighting systems) related works of the project to ensure that the project will be executed in accordance with all the approved construction drawings, control documents, specifications and all applicable standards. Manage and lead a mechanical installation team through the complete Mechanical Construction and Installation process on site and ensure that all Mechanical Installations on site are performed on time, as per drawings, complying with project specifications and within quality requirements. Interpret construction drawings and studies contract documents, applicable standards and specifications.implementation and monitoring of all mechanical related works on site. Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources as manpower, material, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical related works prior to execution. Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies in line with Method of Statements. representatives for any site instructions, and inspections of works. Prepare and submits site daily reports, inspection requested, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis and as requested. Ensures that all works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards. Ensures that all site works are done according to applicable quality standards. Directly responsible for safety of all Mechanical groups’ team’s personnel ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety and environmental standards. Provide inputs to Mechanical Design Engineer for the preparation of as built drawings. Attend/Participate in MEP Construction Progress meetings with relevant parties.

- Complete HVAC design (thermal load calculations) following ASHRAE codes.- Designing of plumbing and drainage system as per International Plumbing Standards and demand load factors formula. - Designing of Fire Protection system according to NFPA and local civil defence authority. - Checking the BOQ submitted by the quantity surveyors according to the project requirements &make comparison between tender drawing. - Meeting with all the local authorities for taking approvals for the design and drawings. - Co-ordination with Architects, interior designers, structural engineers and electrical engineers for designing. - Meeting with the client and the project managers for resolving the design issues. - Instructing Auto CAD draftsman to produce quality shop drawings. - Reviewing the Material submittals according to the project specifications. - Reviewing the technical submittals according to the project requirements. - Involved in the design change during the execution according to the project requirements. - Water supply & Drainage system as per medical furniture requirements. (Drawing or schedules). - Issue hydraulic calculations for firefighting system. - Issue calculation sheets for plumbing system. (by fixture units demand load factor formula or calculation excel sheet) - Issue Co-ordination shop drawing for all mechanical systems in a hospital projects. - Prepare (L.P.G.) shop drawing for hospital projects. - Prepare weekly progress report for all sites for mechanical works . - Prepare pricing offer for all new tenders as per specifications of projects. - Design tender drawing for all mechanical work &calculation sheets for residential compound of Cement factory in Hail.
