I am a Biomedical Engineer with Masters in Business Administration seeking a professional position in dynamic and expanding organization where I can apply and develop my technical, analytical and interpersonal skills in the field of biomedical devices businesses.Technical Experience:• On site Installations and Customer Training to ensure the optimum use of the devices. • Solve the support application tickets with the customers remotely and on sites. • Maintain the optimum performance of the devices with the customers through periodic visits, calls response and trainings.• Perform all updates and upgrades (Software/Hardware) for the devices to reach high-end level for its performance.• Follow up new Installations -Upgrades and setups of new deals assigned from higher management level.• Observe the Process of deliver the spare repair parts and mange to install it on site.• Regular reporting with the updates of accounts and event updates to management.• Approaching the engineering problem-solving methodology to identify and manage all the technical process assigned to me. • Understanding Networking LAN, WAN, Routers and Gateways principles. Communication and Professional Experience: • Support and enhance Network Relations with the KOLs and Filed Staff (Physicians- Nursing- Biomedical Engineers - Technicians) leading to high customer satisfaction, business sustainability and growth.• Approaching the standards and codes of biomedical engineering during duties implementation. • Searching for new technologies and systems to align with the advanced biomedical studies.• Considering safety standards, precautions and risk management to avoid misuse of devices and tools during operations.• Engaging healthcare practitioners and biomedical engineering department with market research of medical innovative modes of devices I worked on.• Commitment to evaluate and self-review my performance to achieve project goals.• Cooperating with my colleagues and newcomers, providing and engaging them with reliable and effective information, in addition to being honest in dealing with them, gaining the trust of healthcare.• Representing a professional image of my role as accountable biomedical engineer at all phases of project execution.• Following the code of ethics of a professional biomedical engineer to share technical knowledge with healthcare practitioners, considering patient, operator, and device safety.
