Finance & Accounting :• Coordinate SAL’s budgeting and budget management processes by engaging and providing analytical support to Leadership Team, including expenditure tracking, cost allocations, and grant management. • Produce accurate reports on budgets, grants, and financial statements for review by Leadership Team to ensure visibility on funding needs and proper accounting of funds received. • Verify invoices and payment requests, and ensure accurate recording of all transactions. • Support Director of Finance & Operations with preparing timely and accurate monthly cash forecasts and financial reports. • Work closely with Director of Finance & Operations to ensure accuracy of payroll records and timely payroll processing. • Redesign the Sight and Life accounting process.Organizational Effectiveness :• Implementation and coordination of a new management and financial platform • Collaborate with Director of Finance & Operations to manage and implement SAL’s policies. • Coordinate the development of SAL’s annual operating plan.

Provide overall support for the development and implementation of group compliance program, including policy management, compliance training and communication,internal reporting,and integration of compliance into business process.Ensure staff are aware of appropriate channels for reporting and compliance and coordinate with CEO and CFO to ensure appropriate tracking of compliance issues.Provide guidance to team leaders, managers on how to perform assignments as appropriate.Review and identify Business Units deficit that require remediation.Oversee all budgets and cost accounting activity,reports and analysis
