Karim Ghorayeb is a strategist, serial entrepreneur and business executive with a track record of fueling company growth, breaking into new market segments, and leading multiple business turnarounds across B2B and B2C markets. Mr. Ghorayeb is currently Chief Executive Officer at Jawa Human Resources Company. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a market leader in human resources services for both companies and households across Saudi Arabia. He has accelerated the company's growth trajectory significantly since assuming this role, while simultaneously boosting productivity through a digital transformation initiative encompassing all departments and functions.He is a resourceful leader with the demonstrated ability to spot lucrative opportunities, execute strategic pivots, and successfully restructure companies with board buy-in. He has founded and managed a series of companies spanning the healthcare, logistics, and heavy automotive sectors in Saudi Arabia and throughout the Arab Peninsula, securing important strategic partnerships with international brands - Pirelli, IVECO, Astra, Novatech and others. Mr. Ghorayeb earned an MBA from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in 2001 and an undergraduate degree in Law and Political Science from Saint Joseph University in 1997. He went on to study law and is also a registered lawyer with the Beirut Lawyer Association.
