My tasks were summarized in, planning, and inventory work. Making an inventory of all project items, from the concrete structure to the finishing. New Mansoura City construction project (ground floor + 5 floors).

Supervised and managed construction crew and subcontractors at the project site.Ensured work was completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Conducted technical office works (Subcontractor Invoices, Quantity Surveying).

Ensured execution of works according to approved drawings and specifications (Excavation Works, Concrete Works, Finishing, Infrastructure Works).Ensured materials used met specifications and established standards of quality.Conducted concrete tests before pouring.Reviewed contractors' invoices.

Consultant Engineer

Supervise and manage construction activities on-site.Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines.Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.

Worked on backfilling and exterior finishes landscape.Inspect and ensure all work is carried out to the required standards.Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
