Country Merchandise Lead
Current• Oversee and manage the deployment of merchandisers across Egypt for all sales channels. • Develop and implement journey plans for all merchandisers, including route frequency and visit schedules. • Analyze the efficiency of CCH’s merchandising system and assess its impact. • Monitor the performance of the Route-to-Market merchandising strategy. • Regularly update the merchandising agency database as required. • Participate in financial initiatives to evaluate the national implementation of the merchandising model, regionally and nationally. • Monitor and manage the seasonal merchandising budget. • Maintain inventory, ensuring shelves and cooling equipment are stocked with Coca-Cola products. • Display and organize products according to Coca-Cola Hellenic planogram (PICOS) in outlets. • Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and company's objectives • Analyze sales figures, customer's reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock. • Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and timescales • Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately. • Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory. • Remain up to date with industry's best practices • Working closely with visual display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize sales • Responsible for coding and definition system. Key Achievements: • Translated the merchandisers’ application from Russian to Arabic. • Led the Time Motion Study Project. • Spearheaded the Image Recognition Comply System Project. • Selected and onboarded five vendors for a strategic project. • Negotiated vendor contracts, reducing commission rates and adjusting invoice payment terms.
