Growing up, I was always passionate about two things: sports and connecting with people. That passion led me to co-found Sparks Volleyball Club, a journey that would shape not just my career but how I approach challenges, relationships, and growth.When we started the club, we had a vision but no road map. Through grit and determination, we turned that vision into a thriving business, serving over 800 clients and scaling operations to a team of 22. It wasn’t easy. We faced countless challenges—building trust with new clients, managing resources on a tight budget, and finding ways to stand out in a competitive market.But it was in those challenges that I found my strengths. I learned how to listen, to truly understand what people needed, and to craft solutions that aligned with their goals. I discovered the power of technology, using CRM tools to streamline operations and create personalized experiences for our clients. Most importantly, I learned that the key to growth isn’t just about hitting targets—it’s about building relationships and delivering consistent value.Now, I’m bringing that same mindset to sales. I see my experience running a business as my greatest asset: I know how to put myself in a client’s shoes, identify their pain points, and collaborate on solutions that drive results.
