- Installs and configures an IBM middleware systems and applications (WebSphere Application Servers, HTTP, Edge, LDAP, …).- Implement the IBM ECM Solutions and integrate with its expansion components either on single or Highly available architecture (FileNet, Case manager,DataCap, Forms, Watson, BPM, ..).- Applies software security and upgrades to the Applications & Middleware systems.- Analyzes and administrates the deployment of new requirements and change requests to existing systems.- Perform all implementation requirements and specifications and manage all the communications with all internal/external involved parties.- Perform research on all client issues and document all findings and implement all technical activities.- Creates and maintains documentation for middleware system installations and dependencies, changes and upgrades, and maintains compliance based on changes within the industry and/or best practices.- Train client technical staff on all hardware and software issues and identify all issues in processes and provide solutions for same.- Maintain awareness of new technologies and techniques, and expand knowledge of Middleware management.- Talks staff/clients through a series of actions to help set up systems or resolve issues.- Provide subject matter expertise for architecture, planning, and roadmap sessions of Middleware technologies to business and technical resources.- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.- Collaborate with other teams as necessary to ensure customer service levels are met.
