 Responsible of all technical issues in two branches. Assist the workshops for applying the standard methods of service and repairs. Do the necessary on job training for the technicians. Participate in the training plan of AJ training center. Communicate with main dealers for warranty & technical issues.

 Assist team leaders in solving problems, and support service centers in technical issues. Record and making quality reports, issue hotlines and enhance communication with mother companies. Review for TSBs every week to inform all service centers. Also, take the lead to doTSB training for thetechnicians. Install and update the scan tools software for service centers and dealers on regularbases. Also, handle scan tools repairing ashardware. Visit service centers in monthly bases or inneed.

1. Assist all the network workshop's teams for technical diagnosis and operating methods. 2. To keep informed with the technical evolution, methods, and operations. 3. Help to define the workshop's needs for tooling and equipment. 4. Give technical validation for warranty incidents.5. Give the on job training to all the technical stuff.6. Communicate with the platform Level 1&2 in the technical issues.

1. Responsible for troubleshooting the technical problems. 2. Participate to the vehicle inspection and set up the diagnosis using the specialized equipment. 3. Do the road tests if necessary. 4. Preparing the daily reports indicating my team performance.
