I am a specialist in set-ups and development of “Sales Structures and Distribution Teams” and “Organizational Structure”.Throughout my career, I have managed and transformed organizations at several industries with numerous assignments that included massive number of Business Planning and Implementation for companies.Prior to my current role, my lengthy employment career was with 3 employers where I spent over 3 years in the Banking system developing Retail Banking in Egypt Market .Following this role, I spent 5 years working in “Procter & Gamble” at different sales management roles, starting from section business development manager level up to my last role as National Sales Manager- Pharmacies channel.Intrigued by a new industry challenge, I then pursued my career in Telecom industry for over 3 years working at “Nokia International” world market leader in mobile devices. As North Africa Sales Manager, I was able to transform the mobile device distribution landscape in Egypt via implementing regional distribution adjustments to suite the e-FMCG mode evolution.Currently working as Regional Sales Manager at “ Hayat Holding” , the leading Turkish FMCG company in the field of Hygienic products and detergents. I have managed to lead a success story for the company premium brand in diapers “ Molfix” after its launch in Egypt at the end of YR 2012; where my region led the company growth and market readings to be the No. 2 player in the Egyptian market in less than 1 year.My work has been governed by principles & values where ethics and integrity have always guided my business conduct.
